Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business or any related field or an equivalent amount of relevant experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in L&D or organizational development 

  • Proven success in designing structured training materials, executing successful training programs and managing multi-faceted learning

       programs

  • Direct experience in developing training curriculum from scratchcurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methods

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods / e-learning platforms (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training,

       e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

  • Exceptional one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

  • Must be willing to work in Clark

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives

  • Facilitates and develop fun, interactive training activities to improve new material for the company's  learning and development initiatives

       and retention

  • Deliver and Implement various learning methods and instructional techniques company wide (e.g. e-learning courses, coaching, online training, workshops and career plans)

  • Help design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers 

  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment
