Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction

  • Submit regular reviews of progress to interested parties

  • Collaborate with clients to introduce them with risk management strategies

  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction of clients from the start of the account (policy issuance) up to settlement of claims.

  • Data Extraction Assistance of the team 

  • Keeping detailed computer records

  • Client Coordination


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs work experience as an Insurance Broker

  • Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans is an advantage

  • Must possess basic web navigation skills and able to multitask.

  • With average-excellent communication skills.

  • Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules.
