Qualifications:

  • Design and implement effective training programs 

  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to support and facilitate employees’ competency development

  • Design call center training manuals by identifying the developmental needs of employees

  • Keep attendance and other pertinent records of employees with regards to training and development

  • Manage training budget and expenses

  • Conduct evaluation and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement

  • Monitor employees’ performance and response to training sessions

  • Measures impact of learning programs by looking into its effectiveness and learning level

  • Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions

  • Provide feedback to immediate supervisor on reinforcement for continuous learning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Has 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Corporate Trainer in the BPO industry

  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business, and other related courses

  • Demonstrate creativity and excellent coaching and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to create structured training materials

  • With exceptional one-on-one and group presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

  • Has critical thinking skills to develop or assess materials that will help employees understand training modules and presentations in an easier manner

  • With strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives
