  • Collect payments on customer past due bills

  • Handle each call promptly and in a correct manner.

  • Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, honest and firm.

  • Input client related data accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational /Diploma or College level.

  • Work experience in a BPO industry

  • Financial collection or sales background is an advantage

  • Can communicate effectively using the English language (American accent is not required)

  • Assertive, highly motivated, team player and a go-getter

  • Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure
