Collect payments on customer past due bills
Handle each call promptly and in a correct manner.
Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, honest and firm.
Input client related data accurately and efficiently.
Candidate must possess at least Vocational /Diploma or College level.
Work experience in a BPO industry
Financial collection or sales background is an advantage
Can communicate effectively using the English language (American accent is not required)
Assertive, highly motivated, team player and a go-getter
Ability to deal with stress and work under pressure
